Creamy corn bake is a super easy, yet super delicious side dish for your Thanksgiving menu!
What could be bad about mixing corn, cream cheese, jalapeños, and bacon together and topping it with cheddar cheese? If you’re going to serve up veggies, this is the way to do it! The great thing about this side dish, and most of my Thanksgiving side dishes, is that it can be made ahead of time and baked just before dinner is served.
Heat up some frozen corn with some cream cheese and cook until the cream cheese is melted.
Stir in some cooked bacon and some roasted and finely diced jalapeños .
Put the corn into an oven proof baking dish.
Top with grated cheddar cheese and bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
I usually turn the oven to broil for the last couple of minutes to brown the cheese.
Now that’s an easy side dish that everyone will love!
