I love parmesan cheese crisps! They are salty, nutty, crispy, crunchy and yummy! You can eat them as a snack or use them in place of croutons on a salad, like I do in my caesar salad. Not only are they delicious, they look pretty fancy too. If SpongeBob SquarePants were eating them, he would definitely be holding his pinky up very high (you remember, “the higher you hold it, the fancier you are”…Patrick, teaching SpongeBob how to be fancy).
Super fancy parmesan cheese crisps have only one ingredient, so you know this has to be simple. Use the large shredder on your grater to grate the cheese. This creates thicker, crispier discs.
Divide the cheese into small piles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 400 degrees for 7 minutes.
Now you have yourself a fancy snack that is impossible to resist!
