Sour dough bread, mayonnaise, a well seasoned cast iron skillet, and butter. Whatever you choose to put between the slices of bread is up to you. Anything will be super tasty and totally tempting!
Melt a tablespoon of butter in the cast iron skillet.
While the butter is melting, start building your super tasty totally tempting toasted sandwich. First spread mayonnaise on both slices of bread and place one slice of bread mayonnaise side down. I started with some slices of cheddar cheese and some roasted chicken.
Then I added more cheese and turkey bacon to work as a moisture barrier. No one wants a soggy sandwich!
