- 1 egg yolk
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 3 splashes hot sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 stick butter melted
To a blender or food processor, add one egg yolk, the juice of one lemon, 1 tsp dijon mustard, 3 splashes hot sauce, and 1/2 tsp salt
Blend until mixed together
Slowly drizzle in the melted butter
