Ingredients

  • 8 ounces room temperature cream cheese
  • 8 ounces grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • 8 ounces grated smoked gouda cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 3/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 roasted red bell peppers chopped

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, gently mix all ingredients together.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

For roasted red peppers, brush the red peppers with oil and broil until the skin is charred on all sides, about 4-5 minutes per side. Seal the peppers in a paper bag or a bowl covered with plastic wrap. Let sit for 10 minutes. Remove the skin and seeds and chop into small pieces.
You can purchase roasted red peppers in a jar at the grocery store.
Room temperature ingredients will mix together easier.
Store your pimento cheese in an air tight container in the refrigerator for 1 week.
Do not leave the pimento cheese at room temperature for more than 2 hours.
