Smoked Salmon Cheese Ball

A cheese ball that is packed with flavor and texture! It is smoky, creamy, and tangy with a little crunch from the pecans!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese room temperature
  • 4 ounces smoked salmon
  • 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 3 green onions roughly chopped
  • 1 cup pecan pieces finely chopped

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients except the pecans in the food processor and pulse until combined
  • Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate for a minimum of four hours
  • Put pecans on a plate
  • Spoon chilled mixture on to pecans and shape into a ball
  • Cover and chill until ready to serve

Notes

Serve with crackers, bagel crisps, bread or cut up vegetables.
