Ingredients

medium leeks
thinly sliced and cleaned

butter

garlic
finely chopped
salt and pepper

cayenne pepper

whole milk

cream cheese

goat cheese

fresh herbs
chopped
zest and juice of 1/2 lemon
veggies and chips for dipping
Instructions
In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat
Add leeks, garlic, salt and pepper to taste, and cayenne pepper
Cook until translucent, about 10 minutes
Add the milk and bring to a simmer
Add the cream cheese and goat cheese a few spoonfuls at a time until all of the cheese is melted and incorporated
Stir in the herbs and the zest and juice of 1/2 lemon
Transer to a serving bowl and serve with veggies and chips
