Caesar Salad Sandwich
A super delicious Caesar Salad Sandwich allows to have your salad and sandwich all in one! Caesar salad tossed in a light and tangy dressing, stuffed inside a toasted garlic ciabatta makes the perfect sandwich!

For the Caesar Salad
- 1/4 C olive oil
- 1 tsp anchovy paste
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic grated
- 3 dashes hot sauce
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 hearts of romaine washed and chopped
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese grated
Assembling the Sandwich
- 1 long loaf of bread such as semonlina, baguette, french, or ciabatta
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
For the Caesar Salad
Combine first 9 ingredients in a food processor, blender, or mason jar and blend until smooth
Toss the dressing with the lettuce and parmesan cheese and set aside
Assembling the Sandwich
Cut the bread in half
With a knife, spoon, or your fingers hollow out the center of each piece of bread
Brush the inside of the bread with oil and sprinkle half of the salt, pepper, and garlic powder into each piece
Bake the bread for 10 minutes
Fill each piece of bread with salad
