- 1 pineapple
- 1 pint blueberries
- 2 kiwis
- 16 ounces strawberries
- 1 cup seedless green grapes
- 1 cup seedless red grapes
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 lime zested and juiced
Prepare all fruit by washing, if needed, and cutting larger fruit into smaller pieces
Add prepared fruit to a large bowl
Mix together the honey, lime zest, and lime juice
Pour honey mixture over fruit and toss
Fruit will be sweeter when it is in season and may require less sweetener.
This recipe is best prepared fresh. The fruit can be prepared ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator in separate air tight containers, and the dressing can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator. Toss the fruit and dressing together just before serving.
Spray your 1/4 cup measuring cup with cooking spray before measuring so the honey won't stick.
Store your leftover fruit salad in the refrigerator for 3 days. Some of the fruit might become discolored as the sugars from the different fruits release and soak into one another.
