- 4 glazed doughnuts
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 4 slices bacon
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 8 eggs
Form 4 six ounce patties from the ground beef
Season with salt and pepper
Grill hamburgers to the doneness of your liking
Fry the bacon until done
In a sautee pan, over medium heat, add the oil and butter and heat until the butter is melted
Fry the eggs two at a time in the oil and butter mixture until the egg whites are firm and the yolks are still runny
Slice the doughtnuts and top with a hamburger patty, a slice of bacon and two eggs
