Cilantro Lime Rice
An easy cilantro lime rice recipe that is better than Chipotle's!

- 1 cup jasmine rice
- 1 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 bunch of cilantro chopped
- 1 lime juiced
In a sauce pan, stir together the rice, water, and salt
Turn the heat to high
When the rice starts to bubble, turn heat to low and cover
Set timer for 18 minutes
When timer goes off, take rice off heat and allow to sit for 10 minutes
Fluff the rice with a fork
Stir in butter, cilantro, and the juice of 1 lime
- Remember, no peeking! Be sure to keep the lid on.
- Be sure to use a heavy bottomed pan to ensure even cooking from top to bottom.
