Homemade Dog Biscuits

- 2 cups whole wheat flour plus more for dusting your board
- 1/2 cup corn meal
- 1 Tbsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup sugar free peanut butter
- 3 eggs
- 2-3 Tbsp water
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, corn meal, and baking powder
Stir in the peanut butter, eggs, and 2 Tbsp water and make a smooth dough
Add the remaining water if the dough is too dry
Wrap the dough in plastic and refrigerate 10 minutes
Dust a cutting board and your rolling pin with flour and roll the dough out until it is 1/4 inch thick
Cut out biscuits with a cookie cutter (roll the scraps together and make more biscuits)
Place biscuits on a baking sheet with a silpat or a greased baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes
Allow dog biscuits to cool completely
You can use any size or shape of biscuit cutter you like
