Ingredients

ketchup

mustard

mayonnaise

cloves
garlic, minced

lemon, juiced
1
tbsp
adobo sauce, from can of chipotle peppers in adobo sauce

cup
dijon mustard
1
tbsp
jarred, prepared horseradish
Instructions
For Special Sauce
Mix together 1/2 cup ketchup, 1/4 cup mustard, and 1/4 cup mayonnaise
Transfer to mason jar, seal with lid, and refrigerate for 2 weeks
For Garlic Aioli
Mix together 3/4 cup mayonnaise, 3 cloves minced garlic, and the juice of one lemon
Transfer to mason jar, seal with lid, and refrigerate for 2 weeks
For Chipotle Ketchup
Mix together 1 cup ketchup and 1 tbsp adobo sauce
Transfer to mason jar, seal with lid, and refrigerate for 2 weeks
For Horseradish Dijon Mustard
Mix together 1 cup dijon mustard and 1 tbsp prepared horseradish
Transfer to mason jar, seal with lid, and refrigerate for 2 weeks
Notes
Artzy Foodie Tip:
Use a microplane or small grater for finely minced garlic.
