Elevated Condiments

Elevate your condiments with garlic, lemon, adobo sauce, and horseradish and take your basic sauces and spreads to a whole new level!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 tbsp adobo sauce, from can of chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  • 1 cup dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp jarred, prepared horseradish

Instructions

For Special Sauce

  • Mix together 1/2 cup ketchup, 1/4 cup mustard, and 1/4 cup mayonnaise 
  • Transfer to mason jar, seal with lid, and refrigerate for 2 weeks

For Garlic Aioli

  • Mix together 3/4 cup mayonnaise, 3 cloves minced garlic, and the juice of one lemon
  • Transfer to mason jar, seal with lid, and refrigerate for 2 weeks

For Chipotle Ketchup

  • Mix together 1 cup ketchup and 1 tbsp adobo sauce
  • Transfer to mason jar, seal with lid, and refrigerate for 2 weeks

For Horseradish Dijon Mustard

  • Mix together 1 cup dijon mustard and 1 tbsp prepared horseradish
  • Transfer to mason jar, seal with lid, and refrigerate for 2 weeks

Notes

Artzy Foodie Tip: Use a microplane or small grater for finely minced garlic.
