Gobbler Sandwich with a Moist Maker

- 3 pieces sour dough bread
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp cranberry sauce
- 4 slices provologne cheese
- 2 slices leftover turkey
- 1/4 cup gravy hot
- 2 slices bacon cooked
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
On two of the slices of the sour dough bread, spread one side with 2 Tbsp mayonnaise and the other side with 2 Tbsp butter
Lay one slice of the bread down with the mayonnaise side up
Spread the cranberry sauce on the bread
Top the cranberry sauce with 2 slices of cheese
Add the turkey
Soak the 3rd slice of bread in the gravy and put on top of the turkey
Add the last 2 slices of cheese
Add the cooked bacon
Top with bread buttered side up
Bake 10-15 minutes or until golden brown
Any sturdy bread that will hold up to all of these hearty toppings will do.
Sliced turkey works best. Shredded turkey can easily fall off the sandwich.
Be sure to use hot gravy to soak the 3rd piece of bread for maximum "moist making".
